Trevor A. Daniel is a licensed member of the State Bar of Michigan and of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice law in both the State and Federal Courts in Michigan, as well as the State Courts in Florida. He graduated summa cum laude from Clearwater Christian College (FL) with a B.S. in Business Administration before earning his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law.

 

While at Ave Maria, his academic success was highlighted by being a recipient of the St. Thomas More Scholarship, being an elected member of the Moot Court Board, and serving as the founder and president of the Sports Law Society.

 

Prior to founding Daniel Law P.C., Trevor A. Daniel served in an “Of Counsel” capacity with the Law Offices of Miller & Miller P.C. Mr. Daniel previously clerked for the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen, Chief Judge of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan as well as working at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office handling preliminary examinations. He also currently serves as the attorney for the Allen Park Downtown Development Authority.

 

Trevor A. Daniel continues to develop his expertise by continuing his legal education through the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). He holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

 

Active in community affairs, Trevor previously served as head coach for the Allen Park High School boys’ and girls’ varsity soccer teams and currently coaches youth soccer teams for Michigan Rush Soccer Club. He and his wife, Annette, along with their two children, Spencer and Vivian, enjoy traveling, sports and spending time with friends and family.  They are also active members of Inter-City Baptist Church.
